A project in IronBee maps to a codebase. When you run ironbee install in a directory, that directory is associated with a project and all session data flows there automatically.

The projects page

The projects page is the home screen of the IronBee Console. It shows every project your account has access to with a summary of recent activity. For each project you can see:
  • Total sessions and recent session count
  • Overall pass rate across all verifications
  • Last active timestamp
  • Quick links to the latest sessions

Creating a project

Projects are created automatically the first time a session is started in a directory that has IronBee installed. No manual setup is required in the console. You can also rename a project or update its settings from the project detail page.

Project settings

From the project detail page, you can:
  • Rename the project
  • Set the default application URL used for verification
  • Manage which team members have access
Clicking a project opens its detail view, which defaults to the Sessions tab. From there you can explore all sessions, verifications, and analysis for that codebase.
